I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully styled and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and soft towels. The hotel facilities, especially the communal living area, were perfect for groups of friends or families. the location, opposite the river and next to the airfield, made for a quiet and peaceful stay. The staff, especially Tim and Ben, were accommodating and cute, going out of their way to ensure that all of my requirements were met.
All was good.

We loved the terrace and patio, where we could enjoy the view and relax. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus for staying connected. We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and had a great experience. the ability to check-in without waiting for keys was fantastic. It was a relief to see a clean and well-equipped kitchen with enough crockery and cutlery. the view of the surrounding was serene and we loved the soft and comfortable bed.
The hotel lacked fly screens on the sliding door/windows that allowed flies to rush in causing a slight inconvenience. a patron in the neighboring room played his podcast/talking book at full volume through his balcony door, causing a disturbance in an otherwise tranquil location.

Stayed for business trip. Location was fantastic with great views, and amenities were modern and new. The kitchen was superb with a great coffee machine. Friendly staff and quiet location made for an enjoyable stay.
The distance from town was inconvenient, making it hard to get food and carry bags. Despite the large and stylish room, the communal living and kitchen area was not ideal for introverts.

Located close to an airport and on the south coast, the Seabird offers stunning views of the river right across the road. the modern and minimalist rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a bar fridge, iron and board, ample crockery and cooking facilities. the large and clean bathrooms with a great shower add to the overall comfortable experience.
The lack of soundproofing between upstairs and downstairs can be a minor inconvenience at times.

The aircon works great, and the view outside is relaxing. The communal lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, and quality appointments throughout make for a comfortable stay. The view from my room at The Seabird was fine, overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable with high-quality linen, made for a peaceful night's sleep. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. I also appreciated having access to a well-equipped kitchen and dining area downstairs. the self check-in and check-out system was simple and convenient, especially for late arrivals.
One minor drawback was the limited space on the sink in the bathroom, as there was no vanity. this was a minor inconvenience and did not greatly affect my overall experience.
